What is Triiaxis's commitment to product quality?

How does Triiaxis handle updates and feedback on products?

We are continually updating and tweaking our products based on field testing and user feedback. Our goal is to improve and refine our products constantly to meet your needs and expectations.

What is Triiaxis's return policy?

Triiaxis offers returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original shipment date for most products. However, there are exceptions for certain items, such as Midnight bookspot’s. For these, customers are encouraged to contact us directly using the form above if they encounter any issues.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

Please allow us 7-10 days from when we receive the returned item for the process to be completed.

What does the Triiaxis warranty cover?

Triiaxis offers a 3-year warranty, covering the original owner. This warranty does not extend to alterations, theft, loss, or unauthorized/unreasonable use of our products. It applies only to items purchased for personal use directly from our website.

What should I do if my product needs warranty service?

Please use the contact form above for any warranty related service.

Typically we will send you a return label, however, if you are sending the item back using your own service, use an insured and trackable delivery service, as Triiaxis is not responsible for items lost in transit. Retain your shipment tracking information until we confirm receipt of your warranty product.

What happens if Triiaxis cannot repair or replace a warrantied product?

If Triiaxis no longer produces the warrantied product in question, or does not have the stock on hand to repair it, it will not be exchanged or repaired, and your product will be returned to you.

We stand behind our products. We offer a 3 year warranty.

The Triiaxis warranty covers only the original/primary owner and does not cover, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of Triiaxis products. This warranty covers products purchased for personal use only from www.Triiaxis.com.

When sending us warranty work please be sure to choose an insured and trackable delivery service as Triiaxis is not responsible for products that do not arrive in the mail. Please retain your shipment tracking information until we confirm receipt of your warranty product. This warranty only covers products purchased through our website.

If Triiaxis no longer produces the warrantied product in question, or does not have the stock on hand to repair it, it will not be exchanged or repaired, and your product will be returned to you.

Tweezers:

  • Triiaxis will replace tweezers that are seized by TSA in the USA.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original shipment date for most products. With exceptions for below items:
  • Midnight order: Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.

Please allow us 7-10 from when we receive the returned item to be processed.
